Simply take any bottle of gin and add some sugar to the unique dehydrated sloes supplied with this kit to impart a memorably intense flavour. Perfect for sipping by itself or mixing with fizz. Your drained sloes can even be reused afterwards to pep up any average red wine.
This kit makes two 700ml bottles of sloe gin and includes the equipment to help you get steeping. It also includes some additional botanicals to spice the slow gin up if you wish.
The Classic House Blend is very similar to a traditional London Gin and has a lovely citrus flavour with a well balanced blend of juniper, coriander and lemon.
The Spiced Blend is quite similar to the commercially available Bombay Sapphire with bright and strongly aromatic tones and a well balanced blend of juniper, pink pepper and allspice coming to the fore.
