- 2 large onions, peeled & cut into 1.5cm think slices
- 4 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 500g chipolatas
1. Skewer the sausages and onion rings
2. mix together the dijon, soy sauce, paprika, salt, maple syrup and worcestershire sauce
3. pour over the sausages and onion rings
4. grill for 25 minutes, turning and basting every few minutes
